Troubleshooting in Snow Leopard - Safari

In Snow Leopard, Safari defaults to running Java in 64-bit mode. To enable the 32-bit Java required by the Tooth Atlas:

1) Quit Safari

2) In the Finder, go to the Applications folder and Get Info on the Safari icon (right-click OR hold the CMD/Apple key and press I)

OpenGL Error Upon Launch (Windows)

If you get an error message about OpenGL when launching the Tooth Atlas, you may need to update your OpenGL drivers:

PDFs Won't Display in Windows 7

If, upon opening a PDF in your Tooth Atlas (e.g. the Dental Embryology PDF), Adobe Reader shows a blank error message and then fails to display, you should set Adobe Reader to open PDFs outside of the browser. To do so:

  • open Adobe Reader
  • from the Edit menu, select Preferences
  • choose the Internet category
  • uncheck Display PDF in browser

Tooth Atlas Patches to Version 6.3

Have your license number ready:

The patch will de-activate your Tooth Atlas, but you will be able to re-register using your original license number (which you probably got off the back of your CD case). If you can't find your license number, contact support@ehuman.com
