How To Clear Your Browser's Cache
Safari
- Open the Safari menu (next to File)
- Select Empty Cache...
- Choose to Empty
Firefox on Mac
- Open the Firefox menu (next to File)
- Select Preferences
- Navigate to the Network tab
- Under the Offline Storage header, click the Clear Now button
Firefox on PC
- Open the Tools menu
- Select Options...
- Navigate to the Advanced Tab
- Navigate to the Network sub-tab
- Under the Offline Storage header, click the Clear Now button
Internet Explorer
- Open the Tools menu
- Select Internet Options
- Navigate to the General Tab
- Under the Browsing History header, click the Delete... button
- Make sure the box next to Temporary Internet files is checked, and the box next to Preserve Favorites website data is NOT check. You don't need to erase your cookies, history, etc.
- Click the Delete button
