PITTSBURGH 'Disk 3' 3-D Tooth Atlas, v.4.0 FIX (416 MB, you must have a CD-Rom burner to create the replacement disc.)
1. Click on the above link 'PITTSBURGH 'Disk 3' 3-D Tooth Atlas, v.4.0 FIX'
2. Click 'Save' to save the .zip file to your desktop
3. Once download has completed, 'Right-click' the file to extract it
4. Open the folder DISK3_V4 on your desktop
5. Copy all the files (Data3.cab and Data21.cab) to burn a new CD. This CD will replace your old/damaged disc 3.
Update Tooth Atlas v.5.0 ActiveX (2 MB)
- To Update Tooth Atlas v.5.0 ActiveX please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link Update Tooth Atlas v.5.0 ActiveX
2. Click on Save to save this
3. Once download has completed, 'Right-click' the file to extract it
4. Open the folder UpdateTA_V5 and double click on autorun.exe to update

- To fix this please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link Fix TA_Image3DViewer Tooth Atlas V.5.0
2. Click on Save to save this in the ../Brown & Herbranson/3D Tooth Atlas V5 folder, and click YES to REPLACE

- To Do This Fix please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link Bug Fix for Windows 2000
2. Click on Save to save this
3. Once download has completed, 'Right-click' the file to extract it
4. Open folder FixActiveXand
5. Copy file Launcher in this folder into folder ..\Brown & Herbranson\3D Tooth Atlas. Click REPLACE to replace the old file
6. Double Click on FixActiveX.reg file in FixActiveX folder, Click YES to continue then Click OK.
